All About

Move With Mountains

Suzanne Mueller is a Licensed Mental Health Clinician and Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist (LCMHC, BC-DMT) located in Rutland Vermont. She is passionate about creating opportunities to bridge the gap between emotional experiences and self expression through community engagement. Healing and self development is not an isolated journey. Suzanne envisioned Move With Mountains to empower the community in collectively exploring emotions and inclusive healing using movement and art.

The name, Move With Mountains, is intentional. Stress is an inherent part of life. When we deny or avoid stress, pain, worry, anger or sadness we distance ourselves from our trusting our internal experiences, gaslighting ourselves into the belief that we “should be happy” all the time. When we learn to move with the stress, pain, worry, anger and sadness, we build a greater appreciation of self and the validation of personal boundaries. Moving WITH supports flexibility of honoring ourselves in the moment. Moving WITH becomes a relational dance with ourselves and others, generating interpersonal connection, personal creativity and supports the shaping of community.

Welcome to the beauty of a space which provides holistic healing through the body first, followed by the spirit and mind.
