  • Somatic coaching is a body-centered approach that helps individuals develop awareness of physical sensations and movement to support emotional regulation, personal insight, and meaningful change.

• Dance/Movement Therapy Sessions (Telehealth or In-Person. Open to all US Residents)

  • Dance/movement therapy is a psychotherapeutic approach that uses movement and embodied expression to support emotional, cognitive, physical, and social integration.

• Authentic Movement Individual and Group Sessions (Telehealth and In-Person). Open to all US Residents

  • Authentic Movement is a contemplative movement practice in which individuals follow internal impulses to move while being witnessed, fostering self-awareness, presence, and psychological insight.

• Self Care Groups (Telehealth ONLY) Open to all US Residents

  • Groups will explore expressive art techniques centered on building relaxation, grounding and self soothing through art, movement and music.

• Clinical Supervision (Telehealth or In-Person, for VERMONT clinicians ONLY).

  • Suzanne Mueller LCMHC, BC-DMT, NCC has completed the 45 hours NBCC Approved Clinical Supervisor course and is specialized in providing supervision to Vermont Rostered/Unlicensed clinicians working towards LCMHC licensure in the state of Vermont.   • Suzanne Mueller provides Consultation Services for both Licensed and Un-licensed clinicians who would like to build clinical skills and strategies. Consultation specializes in the integration of somatic and expressive therapies. Please note that consultations do not count towards Supervision hours needed for Licensure.
