Join us for a 2 hour Authentic Movement Jam! This is open to all levels of movers, both beginners who are interested in Authentic Movement and to those who have experience with Authentic Movement Practices. This Jam will be facilitated by Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist, Suzanne Mueller.
This month we will explore how music and sound influences and impacts our movement.

In June, we have the fantastic opportunity to experience moving in the sunshine, nature and grass, natural elements to inspire us, mediate on, and ground ourselves to the earth. We will be located at:

Park in the Jefford’s Parking Lot
In the event of poor weather, we will transition back to our usual studio space at 217G Woodstock Ave, Rutland
