Join us for a 2 hour Authentic Movement Jam! This is open to all levels of movers, both beginners who are interested in Authentic Movement and to those who have experience with Authentic Movement Practices. This Jam will be facilitated by Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist, Suzanne Mueller.
This month we will engage in a classical Authentic Movement Jam, starting with a meditation, gentle self guided warm up and then as a group engaging with self directed witnessing and movement.

In June, we have the fantastic opportunity to experience moving in the sunshine, nature and grass, natural elements to inspire us, mediate on, and ground ourselves to the earth. We will be located at:
