Come join a welcoming space to move, explore, and connect through intuitive, unchoreographed movement. Authentic Movement supports you in developing mindful awareness of the body and sensations, and is often a meditative experience. Come as you are—no dance experience needed. Listen inward, follow your body, and share presence with others in a supportive, nonjudgmental community.
We meet the last Sunday of each Month from 2-4pm, located at:
